Social impact
Building strong, positive relationships in our community is a core part of who we are.
Supporting local primary education
Our office and training space is at Tattingstone Primary School. The rent we pay goes straight to the school and the education of local children, and working in a place of learning keeps us close to the values at the heart of what we do: growth, curiosity and opportunity.
Supporting careers and enterprise
As an Enterprise Advisor with the Careers & Enterprise Company, we work with local secondary schools on careers events, career pathways, CV writing, mock interviews and employability skills, helping young people feel ready for the world of work.
Championing the arts
Our Director, Dan Cocksedge, is Chair of Trustees for the Co-op Juniors Theatre Company, helping it create accessible, high-quality performance opportunities for young people across Suffolk. He also volunteers as crew at venues including the New Wolsey Theatre, Seckford Theatre and Snape Maltings.
Backing local sport
We sponsor and support Ipswich Valley Rangers, a local football club that champions inclusivity, teamwork and youth development, helping young people grow in confidence, make friends and stay active.
