There is a lot that you can do to for yourself or help others manage and reduce stress and frustration. This course will look at the different types of stress management suggesting ways in which you may help control stress whilst at work or at home.

People will have a fimr understanding of what causes stress, the types of stress and how to focus on reducing stress at work and at home.
