The Project Management training delivered, helped identify issues in our current process and procedures  The training session became a well guided discussion looking into ways of developing further.

Really enjoyed the Time & Organisation course.  Very good group of people to learn with.  Nice relaxed session.  From the session I have implemented daily lists and using colours to code my tasks in order of priority.

From the Customer Experience training I learnt that clarity on good techniques can be easily implemented.  What can often be a boring topic was made very informative and fun to learn about.

All aspects of the training were thought provoking and insightful.

As a group, we especially liked the apprentice style activity.  It made us think about how a business is built and all the elements needed to help run it.

Getting to know the differences between leadership & management was interesting and working out what my style is.

I liked working out what makes me tick and how others may perceive me at work  It also helped me to understand my brand and what I need to do to help strengthen it.

I liked the option of gaining a recognised qualification at the end.  It makes all of the work put in, worthwhile when you get your certificate.
