This Human Resources training programme offers individual managers the opportunity to update and enhance their personal skills and knowledge by giving them an understanding of the legal framework governing the employment relationship and allowing them to translate this into the practical aspects of managing their team.
It is designed to give delegates more confidence as managers when handling day to day employee relations issues and is delivered in an open, interactive manner allowing delegates to share views and concerns in a safe, confidential environment.
