TERMS & CONDITIONS
If booking a public course, Delegate Course Information will be sent approximately 3-4 weeks before the course start date. If you have not received these within 7 working days before the course start date, please contact us.
Accredited Courses
On all accredited courses, no refunds will be given for registration fees once the delegate has been registered with the awarding body or started their course of learning.
Bespoke Course Delivery
Our bespoke courses and development programmers are created in-line with the information given by the customer.
Before delivery, consultation will be required with the Training Course Organiser to ensure that all the relevant information needed is included into the session.
Public ‘Locked and Loaded’ Course Delivery
Our ‘Locked and Loaded’ courses and development programmes are maintained continuously to ensure the most up-to-date information is utilised. We reserve the right to change course/programmes and it’s content without prior notice.
The Training and Delivery course fee includes all learning and course material, including extra time with internal trainers and coaches (up to 3 hours) to develop the programmes for internal business needs. Any further charges after this will be based on the Consultancy Hourly /Daily Rate agreed.
All course delegates will be expected to abide by any site security and health and safety measures operating at the programmes location.
The availability, content and venue of an on-site programme will be as agreed with Switch Direction.
Relevant resources and facilities will be provided at the client’s expense for the programme as communicated on or before the time of booking.
The client will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the personnel or representatives of Switch Direction when on client premises as well as any property brought on such premises for the purpose of providing the course/programmes.
Copyright
Copyright and all intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Switch Direction Group Ltd. The customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, or hire course materials and not to use such materials except for the purposes of post course reference.
Courses are owned by Switch Direction Group Ltd, and permission to reuse courses and or Development Programmes will be permitted upon agreement from the creator.
Cancellation of Courses (Bespoke / Public)
If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the client, the following fees apply:
- Cancellation more than four calendar weeks before the start date of the course – £50 admin fee
- Cancellation more than two calendar weeks before the start date of the course – 50% of course fee
- Cancellation less than two calendar weeks before the start date of the course – 100% of course fee
Transfers and Rescheduling
Switch Direction Group Ltd reserve the right to reschedule/cancel courses and programmes at any time without liability. Should this happen, clients will be offered an alternative date or credit note.
If a delegate or client, wishes to transfer, reschedule or nominate a different person onto a course the below applies:-
- Transfer to a different course date more than two calendar weeks before start date of booked course – £50 admin fee plus any additional charges incurred by Switch Direction Group Ltd
- Transfer to a different course date less than two calendar weeks before start date of booked course – 50% of course fee
- Transfer to a different course less than one calendar week before the start date of booked course – 100% of course fee
A substitute delegate may be nominated at any time before the course start date, at no extra charge provided that:-
- The new delegate is attending the same course and dates
- Switch Direction Group Ltd is notified of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details as soon as possible
- Any pre-course information already received is passed on to the replacement delegate by the original delegate
Payment Terms
- All invoices are to be settled, in full, within 15 days or before the training course commences.
- Payments can be made by cheque or BACS payment, quoting the invoice number as reference.
- Certificates will not be sent out until full payment is received.
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts, under the terms of the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations 2018.
- Please advise prior to booking if you wish to request different payment terms.
The terms and conditions set out herein represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede any previous issue.
