Managing Work-Life Balance
Provided by Katherine Cresswell, during the session you will explore health and wellbeing in the workplace:-
- the well being wheel. We will review how things are for you right now; how you’d like them to be and work out how to get there
- your work and other areas of your life to help you find more time for the things you want to do and spend less time worrying about what you feel you should do
- a focus on what you want! Allowing your brain to become your best friend to help you find ways to make it happen
- to ensure an understanding that your mind is to protect you from danger (real or perceived)
- a focus on what you want. Looking at your minds perceptions with a focus on overcoming the fears holding you back
- the power to create the work life balance you really want
Depending on the number of sessions you have throughout the day can depend on the cost.


Wellbeing with Katherine
These can be either at our site, your site, a third party site or online. Although sessions are set for 1 hour, you can request bespoke sessions.Katherine is a highly qualified trainer, speaker and coach, passionate about bringing Wellbeing training into the Workplace to improve morale, motivation and make everyone feel valued.
