What we do! Our Vision is to focus on delivering high quality learning experiences.
Courses delivered are split into three main categories Professional Development, Computer Training and Leadership & Management Training.
Some of the professional development courses we offer are Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Self Management, Conflict Management, Time and Organisation, Team Building, Communication, Sales, Networking, Presentations Skills and Customer Service. Our computer training has a strong focus on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Office 365 including SharePoint, Delve, Yammer! and Teams. We can also offer Google training for Drive, Docs, Gmail, Sites and add-ons that your business may use.
Our leadership and management training can be trained as stand alone courses or in correlation to nationally and internationally accredited standards. Individuals enrolled with us will study towards obtaining a Level 4 Diploma and/or Level 5 Certificate in Business Operations Management. Elements covered here are composed of MBTI, Understanding Business, Leadership & Management Theories, Train the Trainer, Communication, Problem Solving, and Conflict Management.
The leadership & management programmes we offer will also have the stamped approval of the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) to help provide further weighting and certification for learners.
We can also offer a bespoke series of Level 2 and 3 qualifications that are nationally and internationally endorsed and can be used in relation to contact centres or businesses looking to increase their retention and improve the quality standards of their staff.
